Where hair thinning shows
In men, hair thinning often starts at the temples or the crown. In women, it usually shows as a wider parting or thinner edges. Thinning all over the head can point to shedding rather than pattern loss.

Why early treatment matters

Often yes, when the cause is found early. Results depend on the cause and how long the thinning has gone on.
Is hair thinning the same as hair loss?
Thinning means each hair or the overall density is reduced. Hair loss can also mean bald patches or heavy shedding. An assessment tells you which you have.
How long before I see results?
Hair grows slowly. Most people see change after three to six months of steady treatment.
